That’s right, every year you will get your birthday off work. If your birthday falls on a weekend you can take either the Friday or Monday off work.
4 day weeks throughout summer 🌞
Down time is important to us at Bloom and that is why we insist everybody has a Friday off throughout July and August to make the most of the summer months.
